Pallavi, also known as Ma Niranjana, is a dedicated wellness practitioner with a passion for guiding individuals toward optimal well-being. She has a diverse range of skills and experiences that contribute to her holistic approach.

As a disciple of Osho, a spiritual master, since the age of sixteen, Pallavi has immersed herself in meditation, inner awareness, and personal growth. Her extensive training at the Osho International Meditation Resort has provided her with a deep understanding of holistic health.

Pallavi specializes in Craniosacral therapy, addressing the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. She recognizes that genuine well-being encompasses physical, mental, and emotional dimensions. With her expertise, she empowers individuals by educating them about self-care practices and wellness principles, enabling them to make informed decisions about their health.

Pallavi's journey began with a profound dedication to yoga and meditation. She has facilitated yoga and meditation retreats in India and the Maldives, expanding her knowledge and sharing her wisdom. Additionally, her background in Indian classical dance and various dance styles allows her to incorporate the transformative power of movement into her teachings.

In addition to her wellness practices, Pallavi has a diverse educational background in the field of wellness. She is a disciple of Osho, receiving spiritual teachings in meditation and personal growth. She is also a trained Craniosacral therapist from the Institute for Craniosacral Balancing in Switzerland. Pallavi has pursued education in yoga at Shivananda Yoga School and Gnosis Medical Yoga & Unnati Yoga Therapy Training Center. She holds a degree in Indian classical dance and is knowledgeable in various dance styles. Additionally, Pallavi is a certified PADI Scuba diving instructor with practical experience in the diving industry. Her educational background reflects her dedication to holistic well-being.

Since December 2020, Pallavi has devoted her focus entirely to wellness, offering sessions in sound healing, laughter yoga, tree-hugging therapy, zen walk, and more. Her goal is to provide individuals with practical methodologies that can be easily integrated into their daily routines for their well-being.
